E-AppraisalNews
Make an Educated Choice Bankers, financiers, investors, insurers, adjusters, estate
managers, trustees, executors, attorneys, estate managers, trustees, judges,
federal and state tax agencies - ALL are dependent upon the knowledge and
expertise of appraisers, and so are you. Too often and too late, people find out
that the appraisals they have are inaccurate or misleading, resulting not only
in greater risk to themselves, but also in an annual waste of millions of
consumer dollars. What is it?WHAT IS IT? An E-Appraisal is for those who own an antique or collectible and would like a certified appraisal to help answer a question about it, or give some approximation of the value, based on the data provided to us. HOW CAN AN E-APPRAISAL HELP YOU? When you need feedback about your antiques from a professional appraiser with no vested interest in your merchandise, and is not trying to sell you something, then an E-Appraisal might be for you. It is not necessarily a replacement for an on-site appraisal. However, we may be able to provide you with the missing information you need, and depending on your situation, may suggest that you obtain a certified written appraisal. On the other hand, we may simply put your mind at ease, and let you know that the paperwork you already have is sufficient. Why E-Appraisal with SunriseWhy should you use our service?
